Have confidence in ordering with tiffanylampsdirect.com, if you are dissatisfied with ANY of our products, or you simply change your mind, you may return the item for a refund within 5 business days of you receiving the merchandise.
If the item arrives to you defective - see below.
If not defective - shipments refused or customer remorse returns are subject to up to a15% restocking fee plus freight charges. In the event that you need to return a product, please contact us at returns@tiffanylampsdirect.com for return instructions, or call.
Lamps are handcrafted, so glass colors may vary, lamp base colors and/or shapes may vary slightly from lamp to lamp. There are NO refunds for these reasons.
Returns will be accepted if we are contacted within 5 business days, and a refund will be credited back to your credit card minus any shipping and handling. The only time we will also refund your shipping cost is when you have to ship the product back to us due to receiving it defective or broken.
If an Item Arrives Defective
For Chloe Lighting products: The following protocol for returns MUST BE FOLLOWED. A picture of the damage has to be taken by you, then, that picture is emailed to us, then we will send a pick-up and EITHER send a NEW item, OR refund, OUR CHOICE. This is VERY important for Chloe Lighting Lamps, as this rule is given to us from the manufacturer, and for us to get credit for these returns, you must send a picture of the damage within 5 days. Email picture to returns@tiffanylampsdirect.com. The only difference between Chloe Lighting returns and other branded lamps is the need for photograph. For all other brands, everything else you read here applies.
If a lamp or stained glass panel is returned for any other reason (did not like the color, did not like the size etc) then there is a 15% restock fee. Because in most cases when the item is returned, we have to supply NEW PACKING AND NEW BOXES to resell.
We only take care of return shipping on an item WHEN DEFECTIVE . When it is returned for any other reason, a return credit for product cost (less shipping and restocking fee) will be issued within 15 days of receipt in the Returns Center to the credit card or PayPal Account used for the original purchase even as PayPal return rules state, it is up to the BUYER to pay for return shipping. Shipping fees are only refunded if the item arrived to the customer damaged. If there is nothing wrong with the item a 10% - 15% restocking fee may be charged, this restocking fee can vary as it is up to the manufacturer's discretion, and whatever amount they charge us, we have to relay to the customer.
In summary, no returns on defective products after 5 business days. We will take care of the return shipping if defective, otherwise the customer pays return shipping and can be subject to a restocking fee. Due to the nature of these handcrafted, glass lamps, our manufacturer has laid these strict rules down with us, and we must disclose them to the customer.
We will always do our best to assist you, but it is up to you, the customer, to contact us and follow the proper protocol for returning a product. Thank you for your understanding.
Warranties
All items, if any, are warranted directly by the manufacturers. No other warranty either expressed or implied is offered by Tiffany Lamps Direct. Tiffany Lamps Direct is not responsible for normal wear & tear, abuse, or mistreatment of item(s). Items which are reported defective within 5 business days of receipt will be replaced or refunded. Claims reported after 5 business days of receipt for any defects will not be replaced or refunded. This is due to the policy we have received from the manufacturer. They will not receive defective returns that have been reported to us after the 5 days. So if the product arrives broken, please contact us right away so we may assist you. Shipping
ALL LAMPS AND STAINED GLASS PANELS AND FIREPLACE SCREENS- Ship USA Only, and FREE shipping is for the continental USA, 48 states ONLY. No international orders.
For orders shipping to Hawaii and Alaska, you will need to call or email for quote. Please email or call for a quote to ship to either of these two states. Please have your order or wishlist ready, email us at info@tiffanylampsdirect.com and we will email you back your total including shipping. In most cases, you will get a response within 24 business hours. You can also call us at 888-728-6980 and let us know what you would like to order, and we will call you back with your quote.
We normally ship all in-stock items within 5-9 business days from the time your order is received. Most of the time, much sooner. Orders are usually shipped via FEDEX or UPS and actual delivery time will vary according to your Time Zone. (In most cases it averages 5-7 business days from the day that the order was placed) Any item that is "out of stock" will be backordered and will be shipped immediately upon its arrival.
All of our products are shipped direct from the manufacturer. Occasionally, circumstances beyond our control (weather, etc..) will require additional shipping time.
